Kim will call Jimmy for help, Jimmy won't answer/notice because he'll be so fucked-up from the booze and possible secretary sex. There'll be a hospital scene where Jimmy visits and Howard and possibly Chuck are already sitting next to her, and they'll awkwardly leave the room for Kim and Jimmy to have a one-on-one. Kim will finally snap and tell Jimmy to fuck off, because after bailing him out time and time again, the one time she needs help he's screwing Francesca. Jimmy's transformation into Saul will be complete, leaving the series in a relatively safe closure state in case it doesn't get renewed for a 4th season. The last scene in the episode will be a flashforward to the present where Gene is hospitalised from his initial fall in episode one of this series, the doctors know it's Jimmy because they already have him on file, and Kim will visit his bedside, mirroring the split. Or, alternatively, she'll just coincidentally meet him at the cinnabon.

Jimmy paid his share, refused all her offers to cover for him, he didn't ask anything of her. Sure she helped him against Chuck, but Jimmy also helped her early on... Friends/couples do that.

She crashed because she wanted to do more for no reason at all (she's wealthy engouh if she wanted to cover Jimmy, and pay back Howard $14k.). She didn't need the job, took it anyway, got in over her head and crashed because sleep deprivation and stuff.

It's on her. The case vs Chuck was done, she could've relaxed and just handled Mesa Verde, but she took one more client, surely the chuck thing didn't tire her that much if she still wanted more.

That being said (I'm not sure if this was discussed/is obvious, haven't read much of the threads yet) when the scene happened, after the Howard thing, I thought she took it just to make sure Howard didn't get it. But again, it'd be on her.

Not saying Jimmy did it for the clients, but even if his reasons were not altruistic, it was still in the best interests of the victims. Waiting years for a few more bucks doesn't benefit them much.
