>Let me stop you right there. I don't like this idea, I love it. I need it. To be more specific, I need you. People ask me all day what it's like to be a millionaire multiple times over and my response remains unchanged: cold and isolated. See, people don't care about me, they care about my bottom line and where my money needs to go to keep those around me happy. For the first time in years I'd like to give my money to someone worthwhile. To something I can believe in. All that I ask in return is a small dinner date once maybe twice a month. It can be anywhere you want. I'd just like someone to share a meal with. Why are you looking at Mark?
>I'll give you the $200,000 you want but I demand 50% stake in the company.
>You have 0.0000000000000001 microseconds to accept this offer or I'm out.
>I'm in, and for that reason, I'm out

>ship the manufacturing over to China, I know some people that run some child labor sweatshops down there and we can really bring those margins up
>Your product may be complete garbage with no market value that has yet to turn a profit...
>... But you're doing it for a good reason and you have heart, so I'm in. Come give me a hug.
How does she make any money? She accepts literally every sob story they give her.
>A long time ago as a young man I was walking through Central Park by my lonesome. It was a beautiful night, light sounds of the city passing by, but otherwise quiet. As I strolled throughout the park toward my apartment I heard the muffled sounds of a woman screaming, and just a few yards away from me I came across a half nude woman with two men on top of her. We briefly made eye contact and I could see a look of complete desparation in her gaze, a call for help. I kept on walking. Her muffled screams got louder as she realized that there was no hero of this story, no one to save her from the arms of the men viciously having their way with her. She was a lost cause. I knew that even if I tried to help her there was nothing I could do to stop those men. Your strategy has yet to show ANY inkling of a profit, and frankly, your product has no market. You are that woman I couldn't help. And because of that, I'm out.

>woman
This is the explanation for her investing and why she's in. Quotas.

>I knew that even if I tried to help her there was nothing I could do to stop those men.
You should change that to something more akin to 'I saw no value in partnering with someone who failed to defend their product', and change 'that woman I couldn't help' to 'woman I wouldn't help'. Makes it more of a choice on his part, you know?
