Sadly no. You can only get TV rips with the faulconer soundtrack nowadays. Most dvds now are exclusively Kai and (imo) aren't that good...I don't like alot of the new voice actors and the new dialogue is kind of odd sounding at times like when Goku keeps referring to himself as "Son Goku".

If every Saiyan on Planet Vegeta went great ape all at the same time and all of them concentrated fire on Frieza with their mouth beams would they have been able to beat him at that time? Great Ape was only slightly more powerful than Goku, or definitely not as powerful as they were at Namek. Most saiyans without extensive training were probably around Vegeta's original power level, most likely less for the majority. It took power level of the millions to kill Frieza.

According to official sources the power amplification of the great ape form is 10x the normal strength of a saiyan. Goku was able to defeat Grandpa Gohan as a child in his great ape form. Vegeta went from having a tough time to absolutely handling Goku when he went Great Ape. The form is strong. What needs to be calculated is the average strength of an average saiyan warrior and just how many of them would be present on Planet Vegeta at the time of Frieza's attack.

I don't think combining attacks works like you think it would work. It's not a supercharged mouth beam, it's thousands of shitter beams aiming at the same target, which could easily be stopped by one great big power ball, like in the OP. There are tons of moments where Vegeta uses a bunch of little power balls as an attack, and they don't really do shit to the person he is attacking. It'd be the same thing, just on a greater scale.

Also, Goku was wore out when he was fighting ape vegeta. You don't really know if he would have been able to handle it with his powerup if he was fresh.
