Its going to cut between characters and plot lines. Its going to introduce the people in back, then some characters from the front of the train, with one character whos kind of the rogue, and starts to be disenfranchised by the whole train society and gets seditious.
Its going to turn out Mr. Conductor knew all about it and drops the bomb on the guy. The twist in the finale is killing his best friend or something because he switches sides again after talking to cunductorman. Then hes the chiefe of security or something, and does all kinds of dispicable things just to show how edgy his character is.
Some dumb first class slut will fall in love with a caboose bred fuck and they will have some dumb shit happen to keep them in touch but apart.
All kinds of convoluted keikakus by the three leaders that just screw everyone over to keep the overall plot from moving two fast.
In a desperate bid for ratings they get to the front of the train by the end of season three, show limps around in retard mode for two more seasons.

The solution to a global climate catastrophe is to go round and round on a loop of train track built through mountainous and snowy regions with zero provision for checking the track for obstacles while subjugating most of the people on the train to slave-like conditions is a solid, long term answer to climate change and a water-tight plot for a film.
