No movie, book, or TV show will change your core character. If you want to do something regularly, make it a part of your daily routine. Set aside a very specific amount of time every day do the shit you need done, it doesn't need to be a lot, 20 minutes of exercise is better than 0 minutes etc. Also try to do it around the same time every day.
