I liked it too. It was fun too watch. It was definitely not a master piece and it wasn't as good as the first three. It was a better than the forth however so that's good. I feel some things we're done pretty lazily, but PotC employs deus ex machina a lot so I might be too picky there.

Saw it today. Enjoyable enough, I'd put it behind 2 but in front of 3. Cool setpieces, effects were welldone. The new characters were complete duds though, just no charisma between them at all.

I think I just appreciated it because it's filling a void in the fantasy adventure blockbuster at the moment. It's so saturated with sci-fi and superhero stuff that this kind of film is becoming increasingly rare, especially the whole period piece element.

Its great. Too bad Yondu did the Daddy sacrifice thing earlier.

Worst one in the series by far.

Villian sucked.

Depp either phoned it in, or is so done with the character it just came off as such.

Not-Turner and Not-Elizabeth were awful stand-ins for them.

They killed off the best character in the series.

Not looking forward to the next one if it continues this downward trend.
