Film is interesting and overall okay, except the ending. The ""hurrr durr I'm so lonely, depressed and sad that I'm gunna hang myself" meme has been done so many times before that it's hard to take it seriously.

I like the subtelty of showing that the oldie is the boy, I like the simplistic, but talkative photography and minimalistic acting. I like that it takes its time to tell a simple story. Music, however, is generic and actually makes the movie worse. """"Hurrr durrr muh sad piano music hurrr so depressed you should be depressed as well"""". No. Fuck you.

Also, exploring the "dread and horrors of youth"? Kek. Fuck you. The movie is about loneliness plain and simple. No need to try to make the film feel deeper than it actually is.
