Casino Royale had a lot of problems. Muh speshial Bond who is better than M and all of MI6 a day and a half after being promoted to 00 status. Action scenes that are well done, but have no rythme, it's just same-level stunt after same-level stunt and they go on too long that way. The nods to the old movies felt really out of place in this soft reboot. Craig's smirk is annoying, not charming. He looks fucking constipated.

That being said, it's still a good movie.
