Well WEB-DL is just a matter of it being on the servers of whatever service (Apple, Amazon etc).

As for Bluray sometimes we get lucky and someone gets the disc early from wherever they make them. There's still 3 weeks before the official street date of the bluray so it's unlikely to be released shortly after this iTunes rip.

Probably sooner. Webrip is different to WEB-DL. Webrip is usually those releases with Korean subs. It would probably be already out if the Koreans were showing it so you'll likely be waiting 2 weeks for the iTunes WEB-DL rip but by then the BluRay is usually out a few days after.

Use Bluray.com to check the BluRay and iTunes release dates.
