I need some scene where there is example of a dominant use of low angle shot. I can't use pic related, psycho, or dark knight because it's too intense. It's to show kids how various film techniques work. Please help.
Fight Club
RoboCop
Home alone
there's a similar shot in jackie brown iirc

He uses it in almost every of his films.

Both too dark.

goodfellas then
If someone is old enough to learn film techniques they're old enough to handle "intense".
Show them Citizen Kane, it has many low angle shots and is a very historically important film.
Also there is one very low angle shot in La Notte by Antonioni during the party scene.

Yeah, tell that to my dramaturge.
>>83044478
Do they need to see the whole film or just the shot? Also, how is dark night too dark? Are you teaching film to grammer school kids at summer camp or something?
>>83043421
He uses it in every single film
>>83044478
its an intimidating angle, what do you expect, you faggot.
>>83044792
Well fuck me, it's not up to me. I thought that there'd be some in cartoons or shit. I've already got some but I need one more. There's one in home alone, but I've got an exact same scene in there from another movie.

If your dramaturge requires you to find non-existant shots then tell him to find them instead.
>>83044912
Don't tell me it was never used in cartoons though. I thought there was atleast one in Monsters inc., but it was completely different from what I remembered about the film.
>>83044980
camera angles are harder to remember in cartoons
>>83042989
use Godzilla
>>83042989
Matilda has a fair few shots like that.
>>83044980
Maybe ask /co/? If cartoons are an option I bet animaniacs did it at some point. That show was dark as fuck.
>>83045067
Yeah, used Matilda already.

Why would kids have to be instructed in film technique? Pudovkin can't be properly interpreted without a few levels of education. There's no reason for your post. I think you've just posted in order to provoke.
does this count?

I saw this movie when I was like 9 and I'm prey sure it did permanent psychological damage.
>>83045197
No, what's it from though?
>>83045164
Why are you taking Pudovkin into this?
>>83044980
Shrek
what about this one?

You are very edgy my friend. I salute you and your senses of humour.
