You joke but when I watched this scene on Imax for the first time, I literally could not control my self from crying. Tears were running down my face.

The music and the acting, building up to that crescendo as Murph runs out in regret to go say bye to her daddy, while Coop is checking under the blanket under the car in hope. As the spaceship countdown began I turned into a weeping mess.

No other director as elicited such a response out of me in the cinema in quite a while. Nolan may not be the best ever but we can't deny he is talented.

Its not great sci fi though. It's a bloated sloppy movie with its head shoved firmly up its own ass.
There is too much dumb shit in the movie that happens just so there can be another dull as shit "action setpiece." In a movie about the vastness of time in space it trips all over itself to rush through a hammy as fuck cliche filled story. Worst of all it constantly contradicts its own internal logic.
