Devils Rejects and the sequel Devils Rejects are both great in their own different ways. House of 1000 Corpses is basically an uncomfortable gorefest that takes on its own weird supernatural bent in the final act. Devils Rejects is more of a straight forward murderhobo's on the run type of dealio.

For Australian rednecks check out 1000 Bloody Acres. I loved it but if you're American the sense of humour probably won't appeal to you.
