I actually grew up without cable shows so most of what I watched was on PBS, Arthur and the works. After that its mostly Gen Z stuff.
Side note I love Samurai Jack but didn't first watch it until I was like 15.

Like, Invader Zim and Rocket Power were a bit before my time. But iCarly and Phineas and Ferb were a little bit after

I'd say I remember most Billy & Mandy, Avatar the Last Airbender, Ed Edd n Eddy, Foster's Home, Code Name Kid's Next Door, and all those sorts of cartoons.
