Bane said "it would be extremely painful", to which CIA responds with "you're a big guy". CIA is implying that Bane can take the pain of having it removed, because he is a big guy which implies he is tough. Bane however corrects that implication with the line "for you" which is a continuation of his previous statement. Meaning it will be painful for CIA if he tried taking it off.
IT'S NOT FUCKING "YOU'RE A BIG GUY" "FOR YOU". YOU NEED TO TAKE THE FUCKING CONTEXT OF THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION.
