I love He-Man but it doesn't have the lore or characters (and super-cool concept) which made Transformers stand the test of time.

Each toy came with a little mini-comic which presented a far more gritty, badass world than what we eventually got with the cartoon. I was always a bit disappointed with that, even as a clueless kiddie I knew it was a missed opportunity.
