Yes. Most of the community is trolls. There are less than 3 good episodes of the show and people pretend like they like it for some reason. But I think its generally considered a failure, which is why it was cancelled.

3rd season is horrible student art school bullshit with almost entire episodes filed with closeup slowmo shots. The downfall started with the finale of S2 but everything up to that point was pretty decent.

Lot of corpse porn on that show. Mads is great. Muh design gets pretty old, and it's infuriating how naive everybody is, but it's still good.

I've only seen season 1 and 2 and it's one of my favorite shows. After I stopped drinking I just haven't gotten around to seeing season 3, and from what I hear it's not that good anyway. And since I haven't seen season 3 I'll be leaving now.

One of the best shows ever made, especially the third season. It's acting, cinematography, style, pacing, philosophy, all superb. It was also a brilliant reflection of the books, twisted around to make it all fit in their timeline. The best part was how intimate and visceral the relationship between will and Hannibal was. I'm probably gonna watch through it all again this summer to experience it again.

Hannibal is one of the most kino shows in the last few years. The finale of season 2 is one of the best episodes that has aired on TV in a while, period. And there was nothing wrong with season 3 apart from the female assassin plotline.

S1 captured the atmosphere of Silence of the Lambs and Manhunter wonderfully. Kino.

S2 captured the pacing and over the top feeling of Red Dragon. Not kino, but fun. Began to get tiring with each new bit of shock gore.

S3 Part One sucks on first viewing but is beautifully filmed. Still a little disappointing but not awful. Got too tied up in its own style and the characters suffered.

S3 Part Two is the best version of the Red Dragon story and returns the series to S1 levels of kino.

Shit show, great forearm hair on most actresses.

First season was pretty great and second looked decent.

Third season tried treating Hannibal like a superhero which was retarded, but I didn't even finish it since it got boring.

The show suffered from wanting to make things bigger and bigger.

I enjoy it, but I never actually finished it. I actually hate the main charachter but Mads is good and a lot of the scenery/imagery is well done. Also I'm a bit of a foodie (inb4 reddit) so I like that about it. Need to watch the last 4-5 episodes.
