so he dies in last stand and is alive in the wolverine/days of future past(old future) how did that happen
he dies in logan too so who cares
There's a scene in The Last Stand where he tells his students about transferring consciousness to a comatose body. I think he even played a video of it with Moira MacTaggart. He probably did that and uses his powers to make everyone see the original professor.
Last stand post credits scene implies hes alive still

It's just franchise shit spinning its wheels endlessly.

I didn't know about this until a year or so ago.
xmen has the most messy timeline bullshit ive ever seen in a movie series
>>82686075
Never saw this. Which other ones have post credits scenes?
>>82685886
Pretty sure in the comics he had a twin brother braindead and vegetated at birth. He just went into his body.

its called a Soft Reboot

All the ones after Last Stand I think.
They're all shit.
it's a plot whole and no one cares
logan is still the canon ending for the entire series tho

so, moira is an agent for the CIA as well as a physician?
>>82686026
He does that in a post-credits scene, indeed.

Old timeline, new timeline.

>He probably did that and uses his powers to make everyone see the original professor.
I forgot that he can do that. It's really ridiculous how strong Professor X is, basically every X-Man movie has to involve taking him out of the game somehow, otherwise he'd solve everything in about 5 seconds.

Time isn't linear.
