Goodfellas is more stylish and more get in get out and be entertained while Casino is more of a slow burn and has the better plot and characterization. Both solid films though.

The guy in casino? His nephew is tillmam fertita, the 13th richest man in america. His grand nephews run mma and are billionares.

That description fits Casino far better than Goodfellas since Goodfellas is about a guy who wants to grow up to work for the mob and then does whereas Casino is about a Jew hired by the mob to make them some money.

The guy in casino is tillmans uncle through marriage. He married a maceo, which is never touched on in the movie.

The maceos ran southern gambling for 20 years. Their base was galveston. The texas rangers finally put an end to ot around 1960. Baby tillman is born and they all move to vegas

Casino is a snoozefest and was almost as hard to get through as There Will be Blood
