What theaters don't have intermission? Are you American?

Use RunPee. It's an app that alerts you the perfect time (with timestamp) to get up and go to the restroom without missing anything cool of crucial to the plot. It's user updated, too. You can even upload timing for films to help out others.

If that's a bit too autistic for you (it kind of is) the best place to run and piss during a movie is right after the "second action scene." This is about half way through. In screenplays/scripts, it's right during the second act, a bit before the climax but after the meat of the second act.

Time for a confession.
I am the guy who comes in with a girl right before the movie starts and sits in the back and is subtly fingering her, but not subtly enough.

I am also the reason why she doesn't get up to use the restroom and instead squats and pees onto the tilted floor. Ever had a movie interrupted or just your viewing experience disturbed by a stranger's piss running between your shoes and the disgusted cries of the people behind you? My fault.

If you're really lucky, she just wets herself and pisses into the chair instead, and then makes sure to have it "discovered" and have a conversation with the agitated usher guy right in the theatre while you're trying to watch before running off or getting thrown out. Maybe the whole room gets cleared out and closed down and you have to get a refund or more tickets and come back another time or watch a different movie.

I have done this in theatres all over the US with a variety of different women. It wouldn't be surprising if it happened to you. Women peeing in the middle of long movies in a movie theater and getting humiliated for it by the crowd/ushers is my specific sexual obsession and yes, I pay them to come with a full bladder and stay put when to ruin your experience when they can't hold out any longer.
