I worked in kitchens and it's an awful place, people shouting at each other all the time and if there are slavs they will actively try to sabotage your work to gain your position, it's a highly competitive workplace because it's so shitty, you're basically slaving away your best years and not in a "BAWWWWWWW I WORK IN A CUBICLE FROM 9 TO 17 AND MY ASS FEEL TINGLY FROM TIME TO TIME" but in an actual "you're gonna work 70 hours this week and there's nothing you can do about it, also forget holidays lol".

Never been happier to change job and would never look back, which is why I always laugh at these shows, they don't show what working in a kitchen is like and how taxing the work is on your body.
