I would be really surprised if Fantastic Four doesn't happen in Phase 4. With all the deals Marvel Studios has been making with Fox (and especially after the Fant4stic shitshow), I wouldn't doubt that Fox has just given up completely on the franchise.

Captain America will still be there. Iron Man will only be in Avengers. RDJ enjoys making easy money which he can then use to produce his more serious projects over at WB and Sherlock Holmes sequels. dunno about Thor. if it underperforms again, they might change things up and do a female Thor movie. if they do, it might be with the Valkyrie girl as lead if she trends positively on social media.
