The plan is a sequel to the books. In this telling of the cyclical tale, roland has the horn of eld. The plan is for the movie to be the 1st of 3 movies, with tv series bridging them all. I for one, will be watching with great interest.
Afterall, there are other worlds than these.

I'm racist as fuck, and I still like Idris Elba in pretty much anything he's ever been in.
He's got this charisma he brings to every role, like the captain in Prometheus. The movie may have been shit, but he was still great.
Even if this movie bombs, I feel like he'll still be bringing it to the table.
