This show really isn't that bad, to be fair. I think the majority of the hate is just people reacting to the title of the show and making assumptions. I was one of them.
Sure, it's pretty liberal but it's not fucking Orange is the New Black tier. I mean even in the first episode it points out how hypocritical it is that these racial equality types suddenly hate the main character just because she has a white boyfriend
