Each of them will be receiving $14 million in salary this year.
Do they deserve it?
Not at all.

I don't give a fuck what you guys say, the midget deserves as much money as he gets.
Just tell him to actually give a shit when he does dub jobs tho.
His performance as the robot thing in Destiny was atrocious.

More actually. It's not $2 million an episode, it's two million pounds. So more like $18.2 million for the season.

Jensen Ackles gets $160,000 an episode for Supernatural, so yeah. Why not? It's primetime and hot shit.
>Game of Thrones season 7's top five actors are reportedly being paid up to £2 million per episode, which would make them the highest-paid actors in television history, eclipsing the stars of Friends and The Big Bang Theory.
>The new contracts involve complex bonus clauses based on shared percentages of syndication payments accrued from over 170 countries, according to the Express.
>Everything about the new season is big budget, with HBO spending $10 million on each episode, according to Forbes - up from $6 million an episode in season 6.
>Excitingly, this increase will, in part, help the creators' stage battle scenes on a scale we've never seen before.
>>"We’ve always wanted to get to a place - story-wise and budget-wise and time-wise and resource-wise - where we would be able to do a proper battle, with one army on one side, one army on another side," co-showrunner D.B. Weiss told Entertainment Weekly recently.
Sounds fucking AWESOME
Who gives a shit? If I was an actor who played an integral character on a TV show for several years, I'd milk the shit out of it when I could.
>>82162668
You deserve what you get paid m8.
>>82162668
weren't the lannisters supposed to be blond? I think in the first season they were, did they just stop caring?

All of them are fine, except for Emilia, who can't act her way out of a paper bag.

>>82163502
A bucket of fish heads, once a week.
No actor deserves the salary they get.
>>82162668
Not saying I don't believe it, but can you provide a source to back up that claim?
>do the main actors deserve to get paid an amount that reflects how much the show makes
yeah... probably
>>82163616
it's right here >>82162793
Jamie Lannister doesn't deserve it... his arc is lame and doesn't affect the overall story at all
>>82163664
Yeah I felt pretty dumb after reading through the thread.
I think they deserve it. It's probably one of the most ( if not THE most) shows in television history. It's popular to bash here, and I don't particularly enjoy some of the deviations from the source material, but last season rebounded decently from the trainwreck of Season 5.
Bottom line is they are all irreplaceable cast members on an insanely popular show. Of course they deserve it.
Sure, why not
>>82163502
A lot less, Arya's a secondary character, not a main draw or face like the others and thanks to le faceless men magic, Arya can be replaced or have her appearance severely reduced.

Good for them. HBO is notorious for paying their actors next to nothing and most actors have to sign a 3-year non-negotiable contract before they even audition for a show, and they'll audition for dozens of shows before they get a break (if they get a break). So, if an actor is lucky enough to be a main character on a show that makes it past 3 seasons, then they deserve to be able to negotiate for whatever they can. The producers of GoT have made plenty of money off of these people already.
So, fuck it. Let 'em get as much money as possible before the show ends.
Read "Paddle Your Own Canoe" by Nick Offerman and listen to the Jon Cryer interview on Howard Stern. I hate "2 and a Half Men," and I hate sitcoms in general, but he makes a compelling case for why the actors should get the money they eventually get.
Emilia is the best thing about GOT she deserves everything
>>82162699
Agreed. Unless you you've cured cancer, no one deserves 14 million dollars.
too tall for being casted as a dwarf
too short to get women
