Have the same problem, resolved it by buying a projector and watching movies away from the computer/with no remote, so I have less urge to pause it

I noticed I have a fucking internet addiction and if I don't f5 a board every 5 mins I go wonky so a film has to be really fucking good. Surprisingly the first time I saw Stalker I didn't alt+tab once because I was so enthralled.

At worse I do the same, I'll watch it in segments
