When will he release something new? There's nothing to watch anymore
He has three on the way soon. Opiate City, Murder in Milwaukee and Sex Trafficking Houston
How do I into Louis?
Where do I begin and what can I skip?
>>81822259
He's done everything, so just search your interest. They're really all of the same high quality.
>>81822259
Skip nothing. Unless you're not interested in the topic, watch them all.
His early stuff was very satirical, the later stuff is more serious.

Bookmark this. It's YT for documentaries.

There's too many to list to watch.
>America's Medicated Kids
>America's Most Hated Family
>A Place for Paedophiles
>the first Savile documentary
>Twilight of the Porn Stars
>Law and Disorder in Johannesburg
Just start with his early stuff and keep going. You can skip some of Weird Weekends, since a few of the topics are basically ones he goes over in his longer documentaries. It's a comfy, but sometimes disturbing way to spend a weekend.

Will do, thanks.
.
hi woowie

Most of the episodes about britbong celebrities are skippable. Everything else is worth a look
>>81821582
Any people around now doing documentaries like weird weekends when he first started?
>>81821582
are you a jew?
Would it be hard to produce documentaries in the style and quality of Louis?
I'd be interested in doing that with some friends.

You have to have the same personality as he does as well as being articulate.
>>81823778
I have and I am.
But any idea what his production costs are?
>>81823778
I also feel that being a britbong helps aswell.

Research the Socratic Method and learn how to use it as an advantage, that is the way louie interviews people.
Also you need to find a really niche topic or group minority to document for a project.

Thanks for the tips.
I studied political philosophy, so I'm familiar with the Socratic method quite well.

I don't really know but I wouldn't say all to much.
A few grand for nice equipment.
But it depends on where you are going and what you are doing there.
>>81823941
You seem to be rather intelligent, you don't really need us. It seems that you are stalling, for if you really wanted to you could simply look it up. It is a big investment for your time, energy and wealth.
>>81823853
Could be in the mid range, I can't expect a large crew following him around, post production should not be large either, you need to pay for room/board, food, gas/vehicles as you could be moving around a lot to document your subject
I'm guessing you will need a couple thousand for a somewhat decent production.
Also equipment, cameras, handles, stablizers, mics, lights even just small camera lights and clip on mics can run you up costs. Editing software, computers.

>"My rendezvous with anon had come to an end. During our time together, I had witnessed his cynicism and misanthropy first hand, but also his irreverent, self-deprecating style of humor and his compassion and dedication towards those who shared in his "feels". What had started out as a journey into the "dark side of the internet" became a poignant investigation into the lives of wayward young men. With no community to fall on and too much free time, they had forged an alliance - one not simply born out of common interests, but rather a common sense of displacement. Although they've been portrayed in the media as Nazis, perverts and nihilists, the picture I was left with was one of loneliness and desperation. And as I walked up those basement steps, I realized that the "Internet Hate Machine" hates nothing more than itself."

THANKS YOU GUYS
Someone should make some webms from his Scientology movie.
Westboro Part 3 FFS!
That My Scientology Movie was trash as fuck. No new ground covered and no real point to the doc existing at all. Fuck Louis for that one.
He's making more for the BBC, I think three are scheduled for this year.
