Even with the graphic rape scenes, it was incredibly unsettling to see such a violent moment on-screen.

You're conditioned to expect to see this horrible moment throughout the entire season, but then face the even worse moment of her mother finding her body. Her parents having to see her dead is what made me tear up.

just finished it also. I wasn't sure if they were going to show this scene or not when i first started watching but im glad they did. handled it beautifully.
