I feel like inception is one of those movies that gets hate because it's praised too much and too highly. Imo it is very close to being a 10/10 though. I don't think any movie has a rewatch-ability this high except lebowski.

True, he gets a lot of shit but mostly because some don't like the fact that he's praised too much when he's very flawed. Or people are on a high horse and view him as pleb trash. Either way I like what he does and is good for the industry in terms of bringing some freshness to Hollywood and giving the audience something to chew on. I like all his films going all the way back to Following.

It's difficult to rewatch because the cross cutting wore out for me, but I deeply remember Inception compared to other blockbusters these days. People bitch about the exposition. While overdone, imagine the movie without it.

I watched Inception a few weeks ago. It is a fantastic film and thats enough for me
