Because it's just as shit as Marvel but people pretend it isn't by saying GOAT SYNDER and every time somebody criticises it, the shitposters go "M-marvel shill!!" (or in case of Trump, CTR!!! SHAREBLUE!!! REEEEE ANTIFA!!!!).

It's a load of bollocks and is no different to Marvel. Another reason is the film is advertised as 'Batman vs Superman', just like Trump won his campaign on "BUILD WALL. ARREST HILLARY. NO MILITARY STUFF ETC" and instead there is 7 mins of Batman fighting Superman and Trump's big campaign promises have yet to be done.

At least Trump has years to convince people, BvS is just a trainwreck. So the argument is unfair.
