Why hasn't Netflix been able to produce a Marvel show

Because Netflix's shows have to fit in to the Marvel franchise. Legion is barely connected to the X-Men movies, and is legit Kino.

I know /tv/ isnt one person, but I have seen many others complain that Guardians of the Galaxy cant "work" in the same universe as Daredevil etc etc. From my years on /tv/ if you shut one complaint plug many more open.
