The real shame in pirating is that it doesn't really effect the big movies, it hurts the little guys who are actually trying to make original, interesting movies. It's easier to get a film made for $100 million than $10 million in large part because of pirating. Especially sci-fi and action adventure, which are the biggest with 18-30 year old males who are also the most likely to pirate. That's why we don't see much lower budget sci-fi, it's big budget and is usually dumbed downed and made formulaic for the masses. Studio execs aren't as willing to take risks on movies that will be pirated like crazy.

So, it's fair to complain that movies are shit but if you're a pirate you're part of the reason why they're shit.

Solar moviez is bretty gud, they outright lie about "HD" movies though.
