Yesterday I watched Lord of the Rings with a live orchestra, got blown away and now crave for more.
Are there any other movies which get performed like this?

London Philharmonic do it quite a bit, I saw fellowship done and my mate saw Aliens with a live orchestra.
There's a list of upcoming ones, and what they've done in the past here.

Ratatouille seems like a weird choice. I bet Jaws would be good

I think a lot of Orchestras do it now because it's an easy booking, people are more likely to show up for this than other classical events.
If you google "your state (US) / countries Capitals Philharmonic Orchestra do the movies " I bet you could find a localish one. It's pretty good, especially if the film in question is a favourite of yours and you particularly love the sound track.

Where I live there's an organ player that performs to silent movies every Halloween in a church, I know he performed to Dr. Jekyll & Mister Hyde and The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari.

The Silicon Valley Symphony in San Jose does this pretty regularly. My friend recently saw them do Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.
