I would suggest fasting until you cut down to your ideal weight and then starting an exorcise routine.

You should start by fasting for 2-3 days to begin with so you know what it's like. If you want to do more you can go a week or so and then taking a few days off and repeating. Make sure you aren't putting shit into your body when you break your fast. All that money you save when you're not eating can buy you some nice healthy meals. Also make sure to not overeat when you break your fast. Obviously if you eat like 7k calories in one meal you're gonna slow down your progress or bring it to a halt.
