Plus they're just fronts to clean money. Make a quick, fast moving, high priced cash business, get a massive boost in "profits" after shortly becoming TV famous (even though no actual customers come) close after a year or two. Have your own "incompetence" on camera.

Basically it's Kitchen Nightmare's only with Bars. A lot of those Bars also have kitchens.
I just hope one day we get an episode or even a show that has Jon & Ramsey working together. Of course the two of them might end up killing someone or getting killed.
