I like it, it's a nice series, and better than both Catastophe and You're the Worst.

I like how "unepisodic" it feels, there is no filler, and the story is very focused. Kind of like a 12 hour Judd Apatow movie, reminds me of Lav Diaz if anything.

I'm just going to guess that people are just going to hate on this show here, because the majority of /tv/ are overweight virgins that never been in a relathionship.

As a "normalfag" that has dated girl before, I will say this. This show is the best representation of a real life relationship that I have ever seen in a show. Love is pretty much a masterpiece because it embodies everything perfectly what an actual relationship goes through. None of this bs hollywood relationships other shows have, this show is real, it perfectly gives the melancholy feel actual relationships have, the fear and doubt in a relationship, and all the drama and gut wrenching paranoia and of course the good times aswell. And this shows does this all WHILE ALSO being hilarious. It's art.

That apartment lockdown episode was very strange and out of place. It had a lot of filler but still managed to have some good moments. I thought I was going to have a stroke when Gus got tackled and looks up at Mickey with the grass on his face. Other than that you're right. It's written in a very concise way. The only "unnecessary" bits are the bizarre jokes that get thrown in like Bertie's squirrel story and those are generally pretty funny so I'm not complaining.
