Will we ever get a perfect collaboration of technology, artistry and science in film like Jurassic Park delivered to us nearly 25 years ago?

Nope.

There must be some hope for this industry out there, aren't there any people out there willing to go above and beyond the call for special effects left?
I wish, but no. Closest we're getting lately are Wachowski projects and Valerian.

Nope. That requires creativity and talent. Something (((hollywood))) doesnt invest in

interstellar fits perfectly in that description, but you cant mention nolan without casting a shitstorm in this board

true
honestly even if i despise it and it has some major unrealism in the first parts and some minor ones in the later parts Gravity is pretty damn accurate from a scientific standpoint

Although I wasn't the biggest fan of that movie, I would agree with your sentiment.
It had some really fantastic special effects and has probably the closest feeling to being in space since Alien.
Who was in the wrong here?

shieeet these HD webms are making the nostalgia goggles fall off, the skin texture on the T-Rex is not as great as I remembered it

Well OP did specify "artistry," so yeah no.

To be fair the film is a quarter century old and was made when CG was in its infancy (personally I think most of the CG still looks great especially pic related).
You should watch the actual blu ray version though, this is just a shitty yify rip.
