However, we are learning all the time- and current data suggests that some dinosaurs might have had some feathers. We also (again, as far as I know, which is relatively little) have no idea how dinosaurs were colored. We can go off of projected environment, species type, diet, etc. but that shit aint for-sure. I'm uncertain whether exact pigment will be obtainable from the dna within the fossilized remains.

No one knows what dinosaurs looked like. FACT. Someone found giant bones a couple hundred years ago and put them together and said "THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE" and then artists came along and drew up what the skin MAY have been like.

I was pretty surprised. He's a smart guy, and I figured a couple of years of college would straighten him out.

Oh shit now I'm remembering how that was the year I started sliding into being a really cringey atheist edgelord shortly after meeting up with him. By the next year, I got really impatient with anybody who believed in the things I used to believe in. I think it was frustration at myself and at others for not going through the same process of changing beliefs that I did, but I became really insufferable for a year.
