The main character doesn't really ever have a redemption arc and just gets more and more unpleasant as the she gets on. If your cool with him repeatedly humiliating himself, being the sole cause of conflict and being shown up be literally every other character, keep watching.
It's basically a case study of cringe humor with no payoff.

Season 1 was good
Watched seasons 2 and 3 because of this
