The gym isn't going to help you much. You eat way too fucking much and you have to stop that.

A truism of losing weight is that you cannot outrun your fork. Whether you work out or not is really not going to make much of a difference in weight loss. Sure it'll burn some more calories but people often work out and then overeat because they're hungry and they feel like they've "been good" so they "deserve" to eat. Also at your weight the possibility of an injury is higher. You should do something low impact like walking a mile or two at the mall each morning. Just to keep your muscles in good shape.

Protip from a former fatty: I find that having hot drinks after a meal cuts down my cravings bigtime and is one of the biggest factors in stopping my chronic overeating. I always have a big mug of green tea after a meal and I feel fine, but when I don't I feel like I need to keep eating and it really fucks me up.

Also grilled chicken PROPERLY SEASONED and not overcooked + some avocado spread over it is literally one of the best meals and not high in calorie at all. Super delicious 10/10 highly recommend
