They replied to my e-mail once. I ordered feeding frenzy and didn't get my shitty Plinkett button, so I sent an e-mail saying they ruined my Christmas seven months early and called them assholes and Mike responded saying Jay was the one that packaged it and was actually the asshole and asked for my address to send me the button. Was pretty great. This was like four years ago, I imagine they wouldn't even open an e-mail with the subject line I used these days.
