Dredd had cool slow mo visuals and some of the most satisfying guns in a while but it also felt really hollow most of the time. Especially because it WAS all shooty mcbangbang action. The Raid had more heart and was more creative with its action. Hallway scene and balcony/shotgun come to mind.
