Movies similar to that are hard to find, if you're looking for the undercover vice-versa pursuit. Cop kino movies are We own the Night, Training Day and Antoine Fuqua's movies.

But right now you should definitely watch Brooklyn's finest, that's pretty close to what you're looking for.
