Uwe Boll's cancelled Postal sequel.

It was going to take place after a massive nuclear explosion as seen at the end of the first movie and the Postal dude has to look after mentally challenged kids.

Sadly this movie was cancelled because Uwe Boll went broke after his german investors stopped financing his films.

I watched on recently called "The Divide". Whole movie takes place in a shelter under an appartment building after a nuclear attack. Not great, but an okay b-movie. No moster bullshit or zombies or anything, just the 8 people that make it there living in a 3 room shelter and how they slowly go insane.
