I started out as a Material Engineer. Got a lot of advanced inorganic chemistry. But had a mental breakdown my sophomore year, and switched to Business Management.

Tried getting work at material companies, but the second they realized my degree didn't say Engineering they dropped me. Finally landed a low level management job that had me out on the construction site everyday.

Apparently me catching them and the fact it took them so long with power tools to break my mold won me respect. I used it to help revitalize the firm and get us LEED certified so we could work on more complex projects for more money, but requires a very active role for me given I have to be brains and muscle to make it work.

While that was going on I was still dealing with my mental and physical health issues. I stumble across some "quack" documentary about macro nutrition. Figured why not, most of the chemistry is the same although the switch from inorganic to organic compounds took a while. Once I got that I started documenting and testing my ideas on myself, much to everyones concern. However the results were irrefutable. My doctor basically told me I was killing myself and I told him I was naturally addressing my unique chemical deficiencies, which was what was creating all my problems with fruit and vegetables. Well after he got the results back he changed his tune admitting that my health was near prefect, and to keep doing whatever the heck I was doing

Actually my memoir would be much longer, I have had an interesting life and no end to people demanding I write one. Well I think it was a little more complicated then that. I think my messed up brain chemistry prevented me from fully functioning in the normal sense. But a good portion of my faculties always existed on some level I just could never display them right. I also think my former disability does not fall under normal classification, although a number of negative symptoms are clearly there. Like my inability to write till I was 14, still find it a real pain but I can do it well enough most don't notice or assume I had problems as bad as I did as a kid.

As for the judge he didn't want to even hear the case, thought it was some kind of joke. Took two months to get a pre hearing just to get dismissed the second he walked in. At that point I became a real pain and demanded a detail brief of the grounds of dismissal. Then spent the next 4 months crafting a rebuttal to each point with supporting evidence. Which of course I submitted to a different judge auguring the original was unfit to hear my case.

The new judge was shocked to find I had prepared the counter case myself, ultimately he didn't believe I did it alone and threatened me with "providing false of evidence". So I opened myself to a police inquire, effectively making it a police matter to resolve before the court would hear it again, he liked that idea.

I pushed for a high ranking detective to take the case to prove I was in violation. At first he thought it would be easy, just prove I didn't build my case alone. He asked me lots of questions, shadowed me and dug up my house while I was out (I gave him full access). After spending so much time with him we kind of became friends, he concluded that I was right and the case could continue.

Now back at the second judge to pick things up. But while it was interesting to him he didn't want to deal with it and tried to toss it given i could not legally present myself. But I had convinced him before to allow witnesses.

So I called the detective, to present the evidence I made as an impartial witness. Now legally he was providing my evidence that I could not, so I could continue with my case. Now basically able to legally represent myself through him. I moved to the original case of me not being retard anymore. Few days of testing later no objections were had.

Basically if you can't legally represent yourself, get a detective to review all your evidence then get them to bring it as testimony given the witness is required to provide true testimony of all that they know. Simple logic puzzle, took me just over a week to solve.

Put round peg in round hole, match colors, add numbers, correct sentence structures, that sort of thing. But it has to be under special conditions, licensed testing facility and such. If anything is out of order it doesn't count.

The first part was just lots of examples of me doing things a normal person would do to show I am a normal person, well as normal as any person is given normality doesn't truly exist. So it is mostly anecdotal evidence, but given the definitions are not binary it is more of just convincing them it is true than proving, it despite it being called proof.

Also those test are expensive, ~$1200. And mom didn't want to pay cause having disabled kid has perks, with dad well who knows where he is. This whole thing was why i delayed going to college. I wanted to start a new life as myself doing what I could. Being babied and treated like an invalid sucks so much. Sure I have hard times, failed to reach my dreams and am still living paycheck to paycheck. But given the hell I dragged myself from and how far other made it in life I can't feel bad about it.

In case you're not trolling, your diet determines how much of you there is, while exercise determines how much of you is fat and how much is muscle.

'You can't outrun a bad diet' i.e. if you eat too much (which you do, because you're fat) there's no way you're going to exercise enough to burn the excess calories you take in every day, plus some more to make you actually lose weight.

Figure out your daily calorie requirement (google it), set yourself a calorie limit (500 below your daily maintenance is a good start) and fucking stick to it, week in week out. Count everything you put in your mouth, accurately. Use scales and measuring cups, don't just fucking eyeball it. Keep records and don't let yourself fuck up.

That's what you should do if you actually want to lose weight. If you don't actually want to lose weight and just want to complain about how difficult it is to turn down that second donut then enjoy being a fat fuck for the rest of your short uncomfortable life.

My body doesn't have a ton of loose skin, but then again I haven't really done much to "tighten" it up in terms of working out, not yet at least, so maybe when I start actually getting thin it'll look bad. But my belly doesn't look like a saggy freakshow. I have gyno tho sadly, my manboobs are still big and pretty much a complete confidence killer, they're much smaller now than they use to be but still an abnormal size for my weight, which is a shame, I know people that weigh 50 pounds more than I do with smaller looking tits.

I really want to start going to the gym if I'm honest with myself, almost more than anything else, I'm certain it would improve my life in more ways than one.
