Watched this last night and thought it was a good film. Enjoyed the first half a lot more, the pool scene was pretty shitty.
Any other films were the dread just stays with you throughout?
Also think this is the type of horror zombie movies should try and replicate.

If you thought that it follows was good, then you may as well grab the first B horror film you see on google.
I liked it too. Hope they do a sequel.

cool answer, recommend any other movies were the sense of dread is present throughout? If not you can get the fuck off my thread

It actually pretty shitty. Well shot though, so the DP did a good job, but the whole concept of the story is poorly executed.
It could easily be a 15-20 minute short that didn't jerk itself off for and hour. Also too many superfluous characters.

The ring. And don't worry about this guy >>80677827
It Follows will be remembered and talked about by people longer than he will.

Halloween, Panic Room

They Look Like People has some very good moments of dread, hell the first 30 seconds are more dreadful than just about any other horror flick I've seen, so I'd recommend it

This was garbage and you're an idiot for even remotely liking it. Get better taste or get cancer.

hopefully you don't wake up tomorrow
thank you everyone for the recommendations, i did like the concept of this movie more than the movie itself, but still solid. It slows down a little too much near the middle imo.
>it is passed down through sexual partners
>it follows the last person in the chain
>suddenly everyone can hurt it and shoot it with guns
What a dumb concept

It's established early on that it's a physical entity, it interacts with objects long before they attack it.
them head shotting it near end was retarded though, a lot of style>substance in the movie. Still solid though.
