Does any one else here not go to the movies? I personally can't stomach giving hollywood money
Yeah I don't.
Getting packed into a room full of people just isn't fun anymore. Also the prices of food is offensive.

episode 7 was the final straw.

Imagine if you didn't fucking eat at the theater but before or after, you fucking hog.

It's just blatant as fuck rip off.

>, you fucking hog.

It's called snacking Mr. Serious

no one is forcing to to buy overpriced snacks fat fat.

This. The movies are so bad now its impossible to sit in a chair and stare without doing something else.

I haven't paid for a movie in over a decade.
Only if I have somebody to go with. Be it friends, family, or a date. Makes it a little more enjoyable when I have somebody besides a Mongolian basket weaving forum full of weaboos to talk to about the movie. I'd never go alone though. It's too costly, and I could just torrent it at that point.

The sound is always too loud. Plus I have social anxiety.
>>80666313
then why do you persist?
>>80663937
I only go to the theatre with friends and dates. Tickets are fucking outrageous, I have no compunctions about smuggling in booze and food.

Last movies i watched in cinema was 5th Harry Potter (it was shit) and third pirates of caribbean (it was okay). It was ~10 years ago, cos i am from very poor family.
I go, but only if there's 2 or 3 movies I want to see so I can hop, and most of the theaters around here don't check bags so I can bring food if I want.
So a full day of watching movies usually costs me roughly 16 dollars.

To be fair the amount of food for what you pay is pretty well balanced.
But then again, do you NEED 50 oz of soda?
most movies nowadays don't interest me much.

i torrent everything
