Unless you want to have fun watching a hilariously bad movie. Arnie was supposed to be Conan in this until they changed it, probably because it's 10x worse than even the Destroyer.

John Carter is surprisingly decent. I actually watched it twice... It's not a masterpiece but it has a good atmosphere and a few memorable scenes. It does meet the criteria you listed
