Besides, Iron Man was holding back the entire fight. There were several times where he could have killed Cap but didn't. He even said that he could but he chose not to.

The REALLY stupid part was where Tony's suit can suddenly "scan" Cap's "fight pattern" and then counter it. This goes completely against everything that's ever been established in the comics. Cap is the ultimate martial artist. He doesn't have an attack pattern, "it's all just one smooth movement" - Spiderman. Nobody can fuck with him except for characters whose only powers are martial arts and even then, it's not always enough (see Batroc). If Friday can make Tony a better fighter than Cap, then she's broken as FUCK.
