If rumours are true Marvel has the FF rights now, and he already played Kaecilius, so he won't play Doom one way or another.

Legion TV series released by Fox is a hint, Fox could not release TV shows at all, also there is an X-Men and Hellfire Club TV series in works and BTW all of these are produced by both Fox and Marvel. Also we have the Hellicarrier and Hydra agent in Deadpool movie (Although he is never openly called "Hydra agent/member").
Also we have The Runaways, a TV series produced by Marvel that will feature characters that Fox had the rights to.
Rumours is Fox made a deal and returned FF rights, so they could used X-Men properties for TV series and create an expanded universe like MCU.
