I love fish, almost all fish, salmon, cod, whitefish, perch, char and i love moose and reindeer, and mushrooms (chanterelles) and berries (lingonberries, blueberries and cloudberries).

But that doesn't refute the fact that there is more whites who are overweigh than the total number of non-whites all weigh included. Pointing fingers at the blacks and hispanic is just seeing parts of the problem and denying responsibility, in total 35% of whites are also responsible of the obesity problems and you can't deny that. It's got a shitload to do with economics in most places. Not only is it cheaper to buy shitty food that leaves you hungry again sooner but you've also got lower income families where both partners have to work long hours, leading to nobody being around to actually cook a proper dinner. So they eat shitty instameals and whatever. Then when they have kids they've got even less time because now they've got a kid to pay for as well, and then their shitty eating habits gets passed down on the kid who grows up with it as the norm.

Breaking childhood habits is much harder than breaking a habit you picked up as an adult.

Poor people are mostly less educated, so maybe more influencable by bad marketing.
